the village of Calstock. This is a south
facing village, near to the NT property,
Cotehele. The Tamar Valley is renowned as an
area of outstanding beauty, within easy

coast, Dartmoor, Bodmin Moor and many other
attractions, including The Eden Project and
Lost Gardens of Heligan. There is good
walking nearby and a small train to Plymouth
and other villages. A water taxi operates in
season, as a ferry and taxi up and down the
river to Cotehele and Morwellham Quay
(preserved mining village). Shop 150 yards,
