This
beautiful cottage was originally a
traditional Welsh longhouse, recently
converted to a very good standard. Each
bedroom is finished with the finest
furnishings. The spacious living areas have
high beamed ceilings and in the living area
a traditional wood burning stove.
Overlooking the main living area is a large
mezzanine which has a further living area
leading to the master en-suite bedroom,
which could act as a second lounge for
further privacy. The kitchen and dining
areas include all modern appliances keeping
the traditional charm of the property.
Pentre Cottage is bursting with character
and is an ideal retreat. Ferryside is a
seaside village on the historic old pilgrim
road to St Davids, the cathedral city of
Wales. Guests are also invited to take full
advantage of the spa complex which is
situated less than half a mile from this
rural seaside cottage. The exclusive spa is
open to all guests using the cottage,
unlimited and at no further cost.

These facilities
include a large heated indoor swimming pool, full
aerobics and resistance gym, sauna, steam room and
games room. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

within a 23 acre small holding, opposite the
owner’s home, with views over the
countryside and the Mid Wales mountains.
Over 40 species of birds have been seen,
including buzzards and red kites. Located
near Pencader in Carmarthenshire, known as
the ’Garden of Wales’. Sitting half way
between the Carmarthenshire coast with
Llansteffan being approx 20 miles to the
south and the North Pembrokeshire coast with
the fabulous Poppet Sands beach approx 26
miles. Brechfa Forest with its wonderful
walks is also close by. The market town of
Carmarthen is just 10 miles and said to be
the birthplace of Merlin, the legendary
wizard of King Arthur. The area is steeped
in history, with medieval castles and
abbeys, as well as several steam railways.

Sunny Grange
is situated by the marina in the coastal
town of Burry Port, which, along with the
surrounding area, is becoming one of the
most popular places to stay whilst visiting
the west Wales coast.
There is the
Millennium coastal park cycle path, 3 golf
courses, a 7 mile Blue Flag beach, country
park with dry ski slope, motor sports centre
and equestrian centre. The town is also
situated on the main west Wales to London
train line. Burry Port is a seaside town
with a backdrop of mountains, offering fine
walks and leisurely days on the beach.
Fishing trips for mackerel or bass can be
arranged. Golf and cruises round the west
coast and mooring for your own boat in the
marina can also be arranged. Shops,
