is close to the Ffestiniog Railway that runs
through the mountains to Porthmadog where

There are the
well known Swallow Falls and Conwy Falls as
well as Lake Bala not too far away with its
water sports, and close by are several golf
courses and riding stables.

acres of wild flower-strewn meadows and
woodland in a superb valley near the
mountains of Snowdonia. There is a wealth of
wildlife including buzzards, red kites and
owls. They have been renovated and
tastefully furnished to a very high
standard, two of the holiday properties have
their own gardens, whilst the others enjoy a
beautiful shared courtyard and visitors can
enjoy superb walks through the grounds and

dramatic waterfalls runs through the estate

the falls, and a one and a half mile stretch
