How can I check the availability of a house?
You can search for a holiday home by clicking on a country on the map or by entering your criteria in the menu on the left and clicking the "search" button
Click on a house in the search result to read the description. At the bottom of the page you will find the price and specification. In case you see a red bar, the house is no longer available in that period.

Can I search for the desired house right away?
Each house on the site has a unique code starting with the letters BN. You will find this code next to the name of the house. When you know this code you can search by this housecode.

How can I find a house where my pet is allowed?
In the search menu on the left of the page you will see a picture of a dog. You can click on this pictogram. After clicking this only the houses where pet's are allowed or on prior request will be shown in the results. More information about bringing your pet will be in the extra details in the description.

What does it mean when a pet is on request?
When a pet is on request it means that it is not clear if your pet is allowed to come. You can request this prior to your reservation. If you book without prior asking it can happen that your pet is not allowed.

Do you have more information about the area or distances?
More information about equipment in the house and facilities near the house are stated in the extra details below the photo's next to the description.

How will I find a group accommodation?
On our homepage you will find a link to our group accommodations. You can click th elink to view all the houses. If you wish to search more specifically, you can enter your criteria in the search menu on the left side of the page. For example for the amount of persons, bedrooms. With this it is best if you state group accommodation in the specials dropdown.

Can I search for wintersports accommodations?
On our homepage you can find a link t wintersportsaccommodations. When you click this you will find all our winter sports accommodations. If you wish to search mor specifically you can enter wintersport as special in our search menu.

Insurances

I damaged the holiday home, what should I do?
In case you have damaged something on the inside or around the holiday home you can claim this with the insuramce company. You are always insured when booking with Bungalow.Net up to 2.250,- euros. Damage below 25 euros will be deducted from the deposit. In case of damage you need to inform the landlord about it, before you contact Bungalow.Net. A form can be filled in and returned to us.

Why is this hirers liability insurance cumpulsory?
It is a compulsory insurance to ensure that you are covered in case of damage to the holiday home. The damage done to a hired object is not covered by your own liability insurance. This is why the insurance is compulsory.

How much does the cancellation insurance cover?
The coverage of our offered cancellation insurance is: cancellation beforehand due to medical circumstances or other things like discharge, delay upon arrival, hospital submission at least 1 night. The costs for a cancellation insurance is little, but it happens quite often that someone needs to cancel due to some unfortunate reason. With this cancellation insurance you are insured for many happening even if they are not unfortunate like a pregnancy or a childbirth.

Why should I take a travel insurance?
- Damage to a (rented) accommodation is never covered by your own liability insurance
- Your own health insurance has no coverage or only partly in a foreign country
- Private clinics are never covered with your own health insurance, but with a travel insurance they are.
- Your own risk is fully covered with this insurance.
- Your policy fee is already paid for, so you can conclude this insurance without extra costs.

Reservations

How can I conclude a reservation?
When you have found your desired holiday home and it is available you can click on the button "Book now!". You can move through our bookingssystem in 6 steps. After you accept our conditions and click the button "Yes Continue" you go to the seventh step where you receive you reservation number. You can also arrange your payment here online. You will receive a confirmation of your booking straight away by email.

When I conclude a booking on the website how do I know if it was successful?
If you make a reservation on our website you will receive a bookingsnumber at the end. At this moment you can be sure that your booking was successful. When you make a reservation you will also receive a confirmation by email right away. In case you do not receive a confirmation please contact us.

Can I also conclude a reservation by phone?
Yes, if you like our personel will assist you from monday until saturday from 8.30 until 23.00 hours.

Do I pay more when booking by phone?
No, reservations by phone or internet are the same so there is no extra charge.

Is it possible so see my booking on the internet?
You can sign in on our website with your bookingsnumber and email address. You click the link "My Reservation" on the top right of the page. You will find access to your reservation and the details.

Do I receive a confirmation by post?
Once we received your reservation you will receive the confirmation by email. If you wish to receive it by post as well you can state so upon booking. You will not receive it automatically.

How do I receive the Last Minute discount?
This Last Minute discount has already been deducted from the original price. This is specified with the price shown on the website. You can click price specification to view this if the specification is not shown already.

I received a Bungalow Ticket, how can I make a reservation?
You can make a booking on the site www.bungalowticket.nl to receive the discount of the ticket. You will find all our holiday homes here. Upon booking you can enter your ticket number to deduct the discount immediately.

Can I order a Bungalowticket for someone else?
Yes, it is possible to order a ticket for someone else on the site www.bungalowticket.nl

1) You fill in the order form to state your exact order.
2) You will receive a conformation of your order by email.
3) This order confirmation consists of a single collection that you need to sign and fax to us.
4) After we receive you fax we will send the tickets within 2 working days.

Altering a reservation

Can I alter my booking?
Yes Bungalow.Net offers you the possibility to alter your reservation to another house or period. For this we charge you a extra fee. Please contact Bungalow.Net for more information.

Can I change the date of my reservation to an alternating date?
Sometimes it is possible to change the dates into an alternating period after consulting the landlord. In case you wish to do so the dates and price will be altered according to the agreement with the landlord. For a change like this Bungalow.Net will charge a changing fee outside of the 7 days after reservation.

Payments

How can I pay?
After reservation you will receive your confirmation by email. You will find you reservation number there as well. With this number and you email address you can sign in on our website at "My Reservation". You will find our payment methodes here as well And you can pay directly online..

Bungalow.Net offers credit card, Ideal, automatic collection and bank transfer.

Can we pay our reservation on arrival?
You always need to pay the travelsum to Bungalow.Net. Any possible costs to be paid on arrival will be specified on your confirmation.

Can I pay by means of cheque?
No it is not possible to pay by cheque. We ask you to do the payment online or through a banktransfer.

When do I need to do the down payment?
The down payment needs to be done immediately. The second payment 10 weeks before arrival.

What happens if I'm too late with my payment?
When your payment is not received within the set amount of time we will send you a reminder. In case we do not receive word from you or a payment, Bungalow.Net has the right to charge an administration fee or to cancel your booking.

Experiences / Complaints

What do I need to do in case of a complaint?
Bungalow.Net wishes for you to have a pleasant holiday. If there happens to be a problem we ask you to contact us within 24 hours and also to contact the house owner.
The landlord has 24 hours after receiving your complaint to resolve this. If he does not (timely) succeeds, we ask you to contact Bungalow.Net again. Bungalow.Net will note that your complaint has been reported to us the correct way and that the landlord has failed to solve the problem. Within 3 weeks of departure Bungalow.Net will examen the complaint and contact the landlord for a suitable solution.

Can I also send some remarks about the house for further improvement
After your stay you will receive a questionaire by mail from us. When you have completed it you will receive a 25 euro Bungalowticket to receive a discount for your next reservation. If you wish to state further comments or a complaint please contact Bungalow.Net.

Can I see what other tenants think about a house?
With the description of the house you can find a valuation. Each tenant will receive a questionair about his/her opinion of the holiday home. These results can be viewed in the valuation.
