in the drawing room. It is ideal for friends
to celebrate a special occasion or for large
families wishing to share a wonderful
holiday. Clay pigeon shooting and trout
fishing are available on request. Anglesey
has many beaches with long stretches of
golden sands and is well known for being the
mother of Wales due to its fertile fields
forming the breadbasket for the North of
Wales. Its history includes a castle at
Beaumaris built by Edward I. There is also a
ferry port linking the island from Holyhead
to Dublin (95 minutes). Good water sports
can be found at popular Rhosneigr, there are
good golf courses and good restaurants
within easy reach. Catering for celebration
dinners/parties by arrangement. Shops and
pubs 1 mile.
